Excellent location in heart of St Ives between the beaches. Recently renovated to a high standard. Well furnished and comfortable. Dog friendly too. Parking right by the property, which is rare in St Ives and well worth having if you want to drive out and about and explore Cornwall.

Such a perfect location, so close to the beaches and the town- all walkable. Good price and perfect for friends. Would stay again, had a great time! Free beach things that came with the house which was a bonus :)
Mattresses were a little bit uncomfortable and cottage is small but didn’t bother us. Parking space was a bit tight but manageable

The host was very kind in accommodating an early check in and to let us store our bags before we left.
The cottage is in a wonderful location for all the beaches (within a short walk) and has carparking for those who need it.
My husband had to climb in through the kitchen window with the help of the housekeeper to unlock the front door (which had got locked at the bottom part of the door from the inside by the cleaner or previous occupants) The window was very old and this wasn't really a very safe thing to do but we needed to get inside with our young kids after a long journey.
There were some broken fittings inside like a set of drawers in the kids room with loose screws and wood coming off/sticking out.
There wasn't quite enough bedding for the kids mentioned in our booking.
