Very clean, warm and comfortable. Well equipped. Bed and bedding very comfortable .
Good location for both Penrith and Carlisle with easy access to Northern Lakes.
Not much to dislike, but it would have been handy to have instructions for the wi fi password to hand and general information regarding operating instructions.
Better signage regarding the actual chalet would have been helpful, as we nearly missed it when we arrived!

A very cosy and relaxing getaway for the whole family. Jo had also decorated the van with some lovely Christmas decorations and so it made our stay feel a lot more festive and homely.

Very clean and heating worked well.
Easy to enter property on arrival.
Extra large bath sheets provided.
Plenty of cleaning goods.
Dishwasher and Microwave didn't work.
Double bed was extremely uncomfortable, although the pillows were lovely and soft.
No dust pan and brush for a small spillage we had.
