An absolutely beautiful spot. Unfortunately it rained pretty much the whole time we were there but that brought out the pūkeko and the swans stayed close which was fun. Very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, everything was as described and we were happy.

Location.and facilities were superb. We were 50m from the cafe/restaurant and swim pool

The property was well equipped, very comfortable with fantastic views over the lake with stunning sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped. The gym and restaurant were very close. The property is around a 20 mins drive into Rotorua which is pretty much equidistant either way round the lake and a beer pleasant drive. If you want a peaceful, private property with attractive views then this is it.
We are at the property during the back end of the summer when the flies were more prevalent on an early morning and evening but they don't bite so they are more of an annoyance than a problem and it didn't affect our enjoyment of the property at all.
