I loved this condo and the view of both the beach and the marsh. It was a very dog friendly space. Despite it being a holiday, it was very quiet and had plenty of parking. The entire space was very comfortable. I loved the outdoor seating areas.
There is a separate pet fee tha has to be paid directly to the host. This was not clear in the description of the property.

Location and comfort of the bed. Arcade game, telescope, porch swing
Was not notified of dishwasher being inoperable(for months per other reviews),, no chefs knives in the kitchen, next door condo under renovation (noise from early morning until 10pm), outdoor sofa and all the rugs are dirty.
