Leave reality behind and come enjoy our newly redecorated and renovated vacation home! Freshly updated full and half baths featuring new fixtures and modern paint for a clean, cohesive look. This condo is perfect for couples or small families. Just a short walk across the street and you're on the beach! This non-smoking 1BR/1.5BA with additional Queen sleeper sofa end unit condo is in the desirable Courtyard at Seascape complex. Be sure and enjoy the cross breeze on the balcony as you overlook the pool and listen to the waves. Just a block from the Carolina Beach Pier, this property offers a private pool with a beautifully landscaped courtyard. But if you feel adventurous and have a 4 wheel drive truck, 1 block away is the entrance to Freeman Park, one of NC's only beaches you can drive on. Daily, weekly and yearly passes are available (come back to see us often!)

When you want to take a break from the beach, there are many other options nearby to experience. You are only minutes away from the Fort Fisher Historical Park and Aquarium in Kure Beach. You can also take the ferry from Fort Fisher over to Southport for shopping, dining and a stroll through the quaint waterfront downtown area. Just a short drive away is the historic downtown and riverfront area of Wilmington. Here you will find cobblestone streets filled with a variety of shops and restaurants. One of the most interesting sites to visit and the pride and joy of Wilmington is the USS North Carolina - the World War II battleship that played an integral role in the Pacific Theatre.
Come visit and do as much as you want or as little as you want. It's all up to you!
REGARDING LINENS:
Included in the rental cost are freshly washed linens (including wash, hand, and bath towels), kitchen towels, as well as bed sheets for the bed and sleeper sofa. Some renters feel more comfortable bringing their own linens. This is completely your choice. The bed and sleeper sofa are both queen size.
All high touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, remote controls, cabinets, countertops, drawer pulls, toilets including handle, seat and outside surfaces, sinks, mirrors, showers and baths, faucets, handles and floors are disinfected. A fresh set of washed linens, bed sheets, kitchen towels are provided with each new rental.

Is there an Elevator?: This complex does not offer elevators in any of the buildings. All units are accessed via stairs from the underneath parking areas.
How Far to Beach: Across the street! Recently renourished beach is beautiful and spacious. Or go to the left where you have the pier with a short order grill (great cheeseburgers and fries!) and a tiki bar.

The condo was really nice. We arrived to a sweet welcome card, and communication with the owner was quick and helpful when we had questions. My family enjoyed utilizing the swimming pool and the close proximity to the beach. We're thankful we found such a great place.

We absolutely adore staying here. We are repeat guests and will continue to come back again and again! The location is absolutely incredible; with the beach access literally across the street, the Carolina beach pier and tiki bar a short walk away; its in our opinion the quieter end of CB, but youre still close enough to bike up to the boardwalk and restaurants or the north end mini mart. (Amazing breakfast, btw) The condo itself is clean, cozy and efficient! The natural light during the day just puts you in a good mood. The balcony always catches the perfect breeze, overlooking the pool, which seems to open a bit earlier than other places in the area. The hosts are incredible people, and went above and beyond to return some items we left behind. This place really is a treasure, and its perfect for a small family who plans to spend their days soaking up the sun. Thank you again for sharing such a lovely place!

Plenty of parking. Easy access to the beach. Easy access to town amenities via driving. Nice to have extra half bath. Clear instructions for check in and check out. Bed and sofa were well used but ok. Charcoal grill worked for cooking a couple of meals. Good Hops Brewing was a great spot for craft beer and has a disc golf course right next to it.

Great host and location. Very clean. My only notes are that I wished it was keypad entry instead of a key (just my preference) and that the property sleeps 4 but doesn't really fit 4. If you get good weather and aren't in the rental at all, it's ok. But if you're in the rehab
