The upgrades were nice..clean, nice tv, roku update. Mattresses need upgraded would be my only recommendation. Would recommend to anyone.

After reading reviews of this place, we thought we couldn’t go wrong in booking it for our vacation but we were sadly disappointed. We travel with pets and are very clear about how many pets we have and even include info regarding their weights. I do NOT book places until I get the approval from the property manager. However, we were accused of not letting them know even after we sent screenshots of their approval as proof. We paid the agreed pet fee amount in full but the property mgr proceeded to charge us an extra pet fee plus additional for pet hair. We always try to leave our rentals in the condition it was in when we arrived. We made the beds, fluffed the bedroom pillows, couch pillows, took out the garbage, cleaned dishes, etc. We had more than one dog which they knew about so of course there would be some hair but nothing was left other than what a vacuum couldn’t take care of. Now, we could have vacuumed, but I thought that was what the cleaning fee AND pet fee was for. The property mgr was very unprofessional in dealing with this too. I have also never had to stay at a place where I had to bring our own bedsheets, pillows and towels. It was my fault for taking that luxury for granted I guess. (And maybe this was a new COVID rule which I would completely understand but there was no mention about new COVID rules). Luckily, I did have extra flat sheets I normally bring to cover things up to prevent dog hair going on places it shouldn’t be but had to use them for the beds instead. I used extra shirts I brought as pillow cases. I did later read in the very long welcome packet about how you need to bring your own. I would suggest maybe highlighting things guests need to bring with them. Upon taking my first shower, the shower curtain liner was not clean and grossed me out. I would’ve thought that would be something that is changed before new guests check in. I also did not bring a hair dryer but wish I would have because the dryer in cabinet was grimey and dusty and I don’t know when was the last time it was used. Luckily, I had alcohol wipes I wiped it down with which took off the stickiness dirt a bit but was definitely gross as my alcohol wipe was black after I wiped it down. Lamps in the bedrooms were so dusty, I don’t know the last time they’ve been cleaned either. I was really surprised at all this because the cleanliness rating of this place was high. Location was great but overall disappointed.
