It was near the pier - more residential atmosphere and quiet. Walking the neighborhood and seeing the same people, I made friends. The view of the marsh was amazing. This spot had everything I needed and I was so pleased. I could live in that apartment...GOALS. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL
Light on hood over stove didn't work- my eyes aren't the best. It wasn't a big deal, but kinda in inconvenience when dinner was being made.

The location was great. Near the beach
The apartment was not properly clean. Outdoor first was rusty, paint peelings on the outdoor decks, nails on the floor. Rusty bikes on the decks. The kitchen light fixtures had wiring hanging and no light ok top of the stove or near the dishwasher. The light on the dinning area kept flicking on and off.
The pool was closed and it was not advertised that it was only opened in May. It does not offer “spa facilities “ as it is described here !
