Recently renovated, clean and comfortable 3BR/2BA condo located in the private gated community of Spinnaker Point, Carolina Beach. This property is located in the north end of CB which is a peaceful and family friendly area. Enjoy the private beach access, pool, hot tub, pickle ball, kayak launch, and grilling area. Beach access is next to Freeman park for your pups, drive on beach access, etc...! We provide everything you need to enjoy your stay including towels, linens, home necessities. Stayed for 9 days me and my family really enjoyed our vacation the condo was clean it was well stocked with everything we needed. Short walk to beach pool close by. Definitely recommend just do be aware its at the third floor and no elevators. But that didn't make our experience any less enjoyable.

This rental is beyond amazing. The condo itself was fully stocked and absolutely beautiful. The Host was very responsive and answered every question. The neighbors were kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were pristine. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

This is a beautiful condo that is in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, but it is also very close to the ocean and the boardwalk if you want a more social atmosphere. There are a lot of restaurants in the area that we enjoyed as well. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be interested in staying again if we returned to the area for a future vacation.

Great property and location with plenty of parking. Nice people everywhere. Biggest plus to this property was the pots and pans. They are actually usable which was nice to see.
