Both bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. Bedding lovely and clean, bathrooms clean.

A few cleaning issues, crumbs on table, and food on table mats, bit of food in kitchen sink. Greasy Finger prints on plug sockets in kitchen.

Well-equipped lodge We didn't use a lot of the appliances. WIFI good so I watched Netflix on my tablet. Showers are nice and hot. Heat control was easy once you knew how.

Location. The sleepers are lethal. I won't be booking any more accommodation with sleepers. The rain pelted down and one of us slipped over and spent the rest of the break limping about He had to fill in a two-page accident report at the reception. The shower in the main bedroom has no door and so the water sprays about which is causing the door to rot. Ridiculous. I dislike white bedding. Some towels had seen better days. I brought my own one. I didn't like not being able to get the car near. The huts have huge rabbit holes underneath them which were of great interest to our dog. Don't book this lodge if you are unsteady on your feet. Or with any mobility difficulties.

the location was fab - very near the top of the slope for the beach but also very central for the leisure facilities. I had a dog with me so could easily access the beach path but also my elderly Mum who could easily walk on the flat with her walker round to the pub on an evening. The pub was completely dog friendly and there were plenty in there! Apart from the problem below - the stay was excellent - would definitely stay there again :-).

The main problem though was that the boiler was broken and there was no food on -= which was quite a big problem as we would have eaten there may be 2-3 nights in the week. They did offer pizzas from the cafe next door - which we ate in the pub but it wasn't really the best substitute. I thought they could have got it fixed quicker but they really didn't seem bothered and it was broken all week. Perhaps they could have put on some complimentary snacks or something? Know this is not your problem but the weather wasn't the best and it did spoil things - so needs to be fed back really.

Location Beach - close by Relaxing

Problems paying damage deposit, tried several times and it looked that I had not tried to pay. Also tried another house on the bay ahead of this to stay and booking.com could not make the transfer.
