Stunning location, totally quiet, no neighbours, just peace. The owners have really thought about how to deliver a unique property from a stone barn. The outdoor seating gives a sheltered view down the valley. Lots of wildlife - our first sighting of a grasshopper warbler for many years.

A lovely cosy home in a beautiful location. Had a lovely night, wish we could have stayed for longer.

Perfect size for a bolt hole in a lovely setting. Greeted with some calves morning and evening. Such a comfy bed, pretty decent sleep. Great for walking in the peaks and taking a cheeky dip in some nearby streams/lakes.
Nothing I didn’t like, maybe a few suggestions/tweaks - it does get stuffy even when heating is off (summer at least) so maybe access to a fan. Bar stools aren’t that sturdy so wasn’t able to eat at the table (one was wobbly). Maybe a small freezer for anyone staying long than a few nights as shops are further a field as the one in the fridge is glove box size.
