Quando torneremo sceglieremo "La Reggia del Mar"!

Abbiamo soggiornato (due adulti e due bambini) in questa bell'appartamento nel periodo dal 6 all'8 febbraio: stanze e bagno puliti, letti comodi e cucina dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per un breve soggiorno. La posizione è comoda per le necessità che avevamo, è ad un salto dal mare. Davanti a casa ci sono due bar ed una pizzeria per asporto, e comunque a 100 metri a piedi, vicino alla spiaggia, vi sono ristoranti e pizzerie adatte a soddisfare ogni esigenza! Quando torneremo sceglieremo "La Reggia del Mar"!

Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento casualmente e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fornita di ogni dettaglio, utile per viver

L’unica pecca, se hai problemi di deambulazione, è la presenza di pochi scalini entrando nel portone. Inoltre, essendo un ascensore vecchio stile, una classica sedia a rotelle non ci entra. Bisogna chiuderla per farla entrare.

Top Spot in Genua – besser geht’s kaum!

Manchmal passt einfach alles – und genau so war es hier. Die Lage ist traumhaft: ein hübscher Strand gleich um die Ecke, und das Zentrum von Genua ist bequem in 25 Minuten mit dem ÖV erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort machen den Aufenthalt angenehm unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin war ein echtes Highlight – super nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selbst war wie ein kleiner Jackpot: sauber und richtig gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Fazit: Wenn Genua, dann hier!

Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz. Man findet zwar meist einen Platz auf der Straße, aber manchmal braucht man vieles Geduld.

Consigliato per visitare Genova

Appartamento ampio, luminoso, pulito e ben tenuto. Cucina ben attrezzata e il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare 2 bottiglie di acqua ed un pacco di pasta. Erano anche disponibili olio, aceto, sale e zucchero.

Consiglierei di cambiare le mollette per i panni.

Posizione ottima per chi deve andare al Gaslini, circa 3/4 minuti a piedi. Appartamento come da immagini, moderno e dotato di tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno di qualche giorno con famiglia. Pulizia impeccabile.
