Convenient apartment near the beach and nice host

Friendly host, a bottle of sparkling vine in the fridge by arrival. Location near beach, (Spiaggia Sturla), walking distance to Vernazzola Beach and restaurants and the local Coop food store. Two separate bathrooms

A little hard to find a parking space for car. Parking possibilities, (and local rules) could be explained at the website. A removable air condtition provides limited comfort on very hot days

I would recommend this place for good location

The host was really amazing and very helpful with any information on everything local. Also most helpful when I arrived with no luggage and my Italian almost zero 😁 Davide had the fridge stocked with cold mineral water, also other food items much appreciated.

Unfortunately being on the Main Street the noise was very busy but it calmed down at 11.30 pm. Also no air conditioning. However they are the only negatives.

A great escape apartment from Genoa's tourist throng.

Great layout with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent kitchen. Helpful extra touches such as coffee pods and machine. Lovely views to the eastern hills. Away from the maddening tourist throngs of Genoa and close to beach and train.

A bit noisy being on a main road but not a big deal.

The apartment was brand new, fully refurbished and nicely decorated. All comforts, coffee machine, Netflix, breakfast included, biscuits, pastries, candies. The owner, Davide, is very kind and helpful. He sent precise directions and photos. I'll come back.

Very good

The Relax House is a perfect stay if you wish to spend a few days in Genova. We were there for 5 days with 2 kids: 6 years old and 21 months. The apartment is very well arranged, furnished and clean + so nice to have a few things to eat and drink when we arrive ! Davide is really nice and available for any advices or needs. We enjoyed it very much :)

We are pretty sensitive to noises and the building must be a bit old as we could hear neighboors + the street but it didn't affect our stay.

The location is exceptionally well situated, close to beaches and nice family restaurants. The housing is a truly relax house, amazing breakfast and the host provided great information and advice also about tours and planning the stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located two minutes from the city beach. There are a stop very close to apartment (if you want, you can easily go to the city center) and a supermarket. The apartment itself has everything for a comfortable stay (everything you need for the kitchen is there, for the bathroom, and so on). If you want a holiday besides the sea, this is for you. The city is very beautiful. Everything is beautiful in it! the apartment has brochures in different languages about places that you can visit (even without having a car).

I suggest for breakfast leave at least eggs.I don’t know anyone who eats cookies at breakfast

Separate room’s and also two bathrooms with all equipment ,in one of those there are even shampoo and balsam for hair.

Toilet paper-just two rolls for 4 people for 4 nights. I specially chosen the place with breakfast included but unfortunately I can’t call it breakfast- bottle of water,8 yogurts,bread without anything to put on it (except jam) pack of sweet cookies and pack of some kind fluffy sweet.And that’s all for 4 people for 4 breakfasts. Thank goodness there was a lot of coffee cups and thank you for watermelon as welcome.

All good, very nice and friendly owner. Two comfortable bathrooms, comfortable beds. Location just 30 minutes with public transport from Genova center. Bus stop just in front of the building. Nice, public beach just 200m away.

Premetto che dovevamo passare solo una notte, appartamento ampio, pulito ordinato, avevo tutto quello che serviva. Comunicazione col padrone di casa cristallina emi ha dato qualche dritta ottima. Sono spesso in quella zona per motivi familiari e direi uno dei migliori provato fin'ora. Letti comodi e bagni nuovi perfetto x le nostre esigenze grazie

Posizione perfetta per chi deve seguire pazienti in cura al gaslini. Appartamento spazioso, bello e moderno. Non manca nulla. 4' piano con ascensore.

Non è colpa del proprietario, ma l'unico inconveniente è stato trovare parcheggio. Ma nulla che non si risolva con qualche giro nei dintorni

Gut eingerichtet. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Der Strand ist 200m entfernt.

Wer es ruhig braucht beim Schlafen, sollte evtl. was anderes suchen. Die Straße hört man sehr gut. Mitten in der Nacht fahren Motorräder mit Vollgas die Straße auf und ab. Schallschutzfenster würden die Ferienwohnung absolut perfekt machen.

Ottima posizione sopratutto per chi deve raggiungere l’ospedale gaslini. Finestre insonorizzate nonostante la strada molto trafficata. Comoda per le due camere e i due bagni. Stendino elettrico fantastico, non avendo un balcone che permette di asciugare in modo abbastanza rapido gli indumenti. Televisori con Netflix a disposizione in entrambe le camere. Proprietario disponibile e alla mano. Torneremo sicuramente..❤️

Mancano degli attaccapanni nelle camere, poche ciotole disponibili.
