Inside the village of Vernazzola 20 meters from the sea and the beach of Vernazzola, a stone's throw from the fishermen, we rent a house that is characteristic of the fishermen of the area, but refurbished in all its aspects. The unit distinguishes itself by having available two outdoor spaces for private use and possibility of parking adjacent to the apartment, all close to the sea. Large living room with 32 "TV, sofa bed for 2 persons and armchairs. On the mezzanine floor there is a dining room for 6 people and a kitchen equipped with fridge and frezeer; 6 burners, dishwasher, extractor and oven. Moka for Italian coffee or kettle depending on your needs. Laundry area equipped with ironing board, iron and washing machine 10kg. Services with a large shower. Access to the external space of 27sqm equipped with slate table and umbrella, having to be able to consume breakfasts, meals or dinners in complete serenity or simple entertainment. Bedroom with bedside tables and wardrobe.
At 10m walk you reach the other characteristic village of Boccadasse, passing through the classic Genoese cruze, unmissable glimpses of photographs of the bay of Vernazzola or of Capo di Santa Chiara accompany us along the way. And from Boccadasse in 1 minute we are in the Genovese promenade. Corso italia, where we can reach the Fiera di Genova on foot in about 20m. The sea will be a constant throughout the journey.
5 minutes walk we can head to Piazza Sturla, a crucial junction to move to the east or west, even by bus. In the center, public transport in 15 minutes will reach the city center for a visit to our beautiful Old Town, or to the aquarium.
At 7 minutes walk we have the Sturla train station. Where you can start a nice trip to the 5 lands in the Levant Genovese.
Adjacent to the beach of Vernazzola we have the great beach of Sturla, where in the autumn and winter, thanks to the climate is never too rigid and 'possible to practice Kitesurf and Windsurf. Due to the constant wave conditions it is not really suitable for beginners. But if you learn to go out in Liguria you go out in every part of the world.
