Confy appartment in near Republic Square

It was a pleasure staying at this apartment with a lovely host Lusine. She was incredibly welcoming, she reached out in advance and even stayed up late to make sure we could check in comfortably. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s located right in the heart of Yerevan, which makes it especially convenient. If you’ve travelled there before, you know how rare it is to find a place where you truly feel comfortable staying. We stayed as a family of 3, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The balcony overlooks a park, which made it a perfect spot for relaxed breakfasts in the morning. The apartment also has a washing machine, which was a real lifesaver for us, especially considering how delicious (and generously sauced!) Armenian food is. Anyway, would highly recommend this apartment and definitely return!

We had a small issue with the front door lock, but it wasn’t a big deal at all and was quickly resolved by the host and her family. It actually just highlighted once again how welcoming and supportive Lusine is.

The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The apartment was clean, modern and well renovated and facilities were excellent. The location was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was the mattress. I think it should be replaced.

the owner was very kind to meet us at 4 am and then very helpful in other things as well. The apartment is lovely and location is amazing, center with everything like supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Walking distance to everything.

the bedroom doesn't have a window but the apartment itself is so nice, you don't even notice that.

It was like my Another home. Very quiet and convenient. Friendly peoples. Highly Recommended.
