Fake comments from host, do not book this place if you are looking for a good stay

Big house, spacious with courtyard

Updating my review because the host has posted a fake comment. There was no communication to move to a new property. Do NOT BOOK if you want hot water. There was NO hot water. We came here in winter and there was absolutely no hot water. Could not take a shower. No support from the host despite informing and reaching out. Would NOT recccomend in the winter at all, you are better off in a hotel

Breathtaking view of the mountains, super luxurious and comfortable space, kind and flexible host

The host answered my questions very late at night. And she even allowed me to check out later with my family when I asked her at the last minute. I really appreciated her flexibility and kind responses. Will definitely consider staying here again with a large group!

Good

Peaceful, convenient location with easy access to the town by car. The apartment was very well equipped and clean, spacious enough for a family. A large courtyard garage is ideal for children and outdoor living. Laundry facilities were much appreciated.

A little disappointing on several counts. The published property address was not accurate and made it impossible to use a GPS to locate it. Much time was wasted searching Google maps English language guests were not catered for as instructions and operating procedures were only in German or Russian.. The television was disconnected and impossible to reconnect or operate. The owner was unavailable to be contacted for help or advice.

The location,price and the cleanliness of the accommodation was really amazing 😍. The owner had provided us with all facilities even in the kitchen. The accommodation can accommodate 2 families.It is really huge. The view from the balcony is just amazing 😍. I have already recommended this to my Friends

Good value skiing crashpad.

Like: value for money, much bigger than expected. Quite a strong smell of heating oil due to the fuel tank in the basement - the ventilation needs to improve. We opened a basement window and it helped but it was still somewhat smelly. If you want a good value skiing crashpad this is it but it wouldn’t be where I bring my wife for the week. The kitchen was ok and the cleanliness excellent.

Sehr schöne bequeme FeWo mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge

Wir sind vorzeitig angereist und nach einem Telefonat mit der Eigentümerin durften wir 1 Std vor dem Termin einchecken. Der Haustürschlüssel war problemlos in der Keybox mit einem Code vorzufinden. Wir waren sehr erfreut, die FeWo aufgeheizt vorzufinden (denn es war ein verregneter kalter Tag bei unserer Anreise). Wir haben die FeWo eine ganze Woche gemietet und fanden jeden Komfort vor. Von Garagenplatz direkt vor der Türe (sehr bequem um alles Gepäck auszupacken; bzw. bei der Abreise alles wieder ins Auto zu räumen), bis hin zu einer Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller. Wir waren nur mit 2 Personen angereist und haben das grösste Schlafzimmer auf der Etage beansprucht. Die FeWo kann von 3 Parteien genutzt werden mit WC und Dusche/Bad auf jeder Etage. Vom Elternschlafzimmer kann man auf den Balkon, als auch das darunter sich befindende Wohnzimmer bietet eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit (sicherlich sehr gemütlich an warmen Tagen sich die Zeit zu vertreiben). Wir hatten mit Winteranbruch einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Zugspitze.

Leider riecht es nach Heizöl (dafür war die ganze Wohnung sehr gut durchgeheizt) Wir haben den Backofen benutzt; danach war es schwierig den Rauchgeruch aus der Wohnung zu bekommen, trotz Durchlüften der ganzen FeWo. Vielleicht müsste der Fernseher ersetzt werden?! schwarze Streifen flimmern über den Bildschirm. Einige Lampen müssten nachgeschaut/ausgewechselt werden (Küche und kleines Schlafzimmer auf der Etage)

Duitse gezellige uitvalsbasis voor je skivakantie

Het is een traditioneel Duits, gezellig en degelijk (zoals je dat wil met skiën) huis. Tegels, stevige trap, ruime hal, goede verwarmingen. Het is zeker meer dan een appartement, het is een huis met 4 verdiepingen. Keuken perfect met alles aanwezig. Alles schoon. De locatie is zeer centraal voor het skiën vanaf Kreuzebahn, maar ook Zugspitze is goed aan te rijden. Ook het gezellige centrum van Garmisch Partenkirchen is dichtbij. Het huis heeft een landelijk gevoel met uitzicht op de bergen en het is er rustig.

Wij vonden het huis perfect. Bij de vorige comments las ik iets over warm water. Ach, voor douchen was het perfect, voor bad wellicht iets te koud. Beetje warm water uit de waterkoker erbij en prima.
