1. Całkowity brak wieszaków na ręczniki - nie wiadomo co z nimi robić 2. Brak możliwości zakręcenia kaloryferów (urwane gałki) 3. Oświetlenie - wyłącznie białe, nie tworzące przytulnej atmosfery, brak lampek nocnych 4. Brak ekspresu do kawy 5. Przydałyby się lepsze wskazówki dojazdu - nawigacja źle wyprowadza (ważne -trzeba skręcić w uliczkę za sklepem BHP)

It was in new building with an elevator, and it felt very safe. Nice views from the apartment.

Wszystko zgodnie z ogłoszeniem. Bardzo czysto, pachnąco, komfortowo.

Apartment was very warm and the sofa in the sitting room was pretty comfortable. These two things I liked.

I picked the apartment, firstly because of the good location and after the reading of the reviews from other customers they have been there. I forgot that we all have different views and standards regarding hospitality and accommodation.Secondly, it was easy to get the keys from the apartment but when I got there was dusty, lack of hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom, not pleasant smell, very basic kitchen equipment, not comfortable bed, it’s typical in short-term rental apartments. Limited Chanel’s on the TV and finally the major issue the internet. I was working over the Christmas and I have been searching apartments with the internet. Unfortunately the internet was very slow with the poor reception in the area. But I could not get the connection with the internet so I contacted the host which he did not get my point at all or he did not want to understand it. Fortunately my colleague is a IT genius and figured it out, it was working but stopped after 3 days because I used the data. I contacted the host to top up the next day but he did not even answered me. I did not even bother asking him for more, it was not worth it. On the checkout day he mentioned to let him know when I checked out and left the key, which I did but he did not even text me back asking how was my stay. Very poor customer service with the host. I have some expectations especially paying pretty big money for the stay with I was not satisfied.
