Czysty apartament, duża łazienka, wygodne łóżka, aneks kuchenny wyposażony, klimatyzacja na wielki plus przy dużych upałach
Istotne dla dzieci, które potrzebują ciszy i ciemności do spania - okno dachowe w sypialni nie ma żadnej zasłonki/rolety, więc jeśli ktoś próbuje położyć spać dziecko przed zachodem słońca, to jest bardzo jasno. Niestety słychać głośno przejeżdżające samochody ulicą.

Na plus pokój z aneksem kuchennym i duży stół w pokoju, taras z dużym miejscem do odpoczynku i plac zabaw przy tarasie, jednak miejsca tarasowe mogłyby być bardziej oddzielone (obce dziecko ciągle przebywało bez pytania u nas na tarasie). Czystość ok, dużo ręczników oraz środki higieniczne, dostępna suszarka do włosów oraz pralka do ubrań.
Jedynym minusem jest to, że dostaliśmy pokój z aneksem kuchennym i prywatną łazienką, która nie znajdowała się u nas w apartamencie, tylko trzeba było wyjść na korytarz i w osobnym pomieszczeniu znajdowała się dla nas łazienka.
