Bardzo dobra i piękna lokalizacja, nad samą rzeką, okna od wewnętrznej strony erenu dzięki czemu nie było słychać ruchu ulicznego. W tym samym budynki baardzo dobra włoska restauracja. Bardzo blisko centrum handlowe. Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, przestronna łazienka i wygodne łóżka
Bardzo zaniedbana i brudna klatka schodowa. Słabo wygłuszone drzwi do mieszkania no i niestety czystość apartamentu pozostawia sporo do życzenia. Niby wszystko ogarnięte, a pojemnik na wodę w lodówce z grzybem, brudne listwy przypodłogowe, naczynia jakby przepłukane a nie umyte, szafka pod zlewem z brudami.

Když jsme přijeli, venku bylo 32 stupňů, v pokoji ve kterém nebyla klimatizace to opravdu příjemné nebylo dost komponentů pokoje je jenom "na oko". Když se podíváte blíž, rozhodně to není zvládnuté dobře viz. například poloupadnuté světlo v koupelně, zvláštně řešený kotel v koupelně. Další - Nedostatečné zatemnění - chybějicí mikrovlnná trouba (prostor tam je) - ráno jsme zjitili že peřina a polštář pod ložním prádlem měly obrovské žluté fleky, těžko říct z jakého incidentu, ale kdybych to věděl před strávením noci, tak bych to na spaní nepoužil
