Lokalizacja jest największym atutem. Lokal położony na Starym Mieście przy bulwarze spacerowym. Obok parking ze szlabanem, tyle że ogrodzenie parkingu było uszkodzone i każdy mógł wejść i wjechać.
Po wejściu do mieszkania uderza nieprzyjemny zapach - prawdopodobnie ktoś palił w tym mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie chyba było przygotowane z dużym wyprzedzeniem, bi wszędzie zalegał kurz, fronty szafek dziwnie lepiące. Rozkładana sofa mało wygodna wymagałaby wymiany.
