Disgusting!

Just the location but the actual property is a scam bot matching the pics posted. Do not stay here!

It was disgustingly dirty! Cob webs everywhere, mouldy bathroom, not functional toilet, bathroom sink that does not drain, stinky bedroom located near the building rubbish storage! The kitchen was absolutely disgusting! Everything was missing, what a disgrace that booking allows such a place to be bookable. I have contacted booking to complain. Do not stay here!

The apartment was clean and comfortable for a short stay.

The location was ideal as it was close to the railway station. The bedroom was quite large with comfortable chairs.

Le lit étais assez confortable

Honnêtement j’ai vu de la poussière partout, sur les lampe, les mur et le le meuble qui est devant l’entrée qui cache un sol vraiment vraiment très sales, et le sole de l’entrée est dangereux car une des lattes du parquet et sur élevé. La cuisine J’ai vu des étoile d’araignée partout au plafond principalement le coté vitré, la machine a café avec toujours de l’eau qui n’a pas été changer ou juste vidé . Équipement cuisine assez décevant et beaucoup poussière.

Nous avons apprécié la chambre qui est magnifique. Le rapport qualité prix est plutôt très bien ! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour y rester quelque jours.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié que nous n’ayons eu AUCUNES informations lors de la réservation par le propriétaire. La porte de l'immeuble est plutôt dure à ouvrir et les interrupteurs dans le logements sont illogiques, comme la lumière du salon dans la chambre ??

Manque propreté et attention au locataire pour être au top

Emplacement, grand appartement, atypique.

Propreté des lieux, cafetière sans capsules ,reste d'eau dans cafetière et théière, vaisselles très restreinte, pas de bol,pas d’essuis main, des petits plus que j'ai retrouvé dans d'autres locations sur Arras et ailleurs. Dommage haut potentiel sur cette appartement si atypique.

Très bien situé

Le logement est grand tout en longueur, l’emplacement des interrupteurs est très mal situé. Ce qui devait être un ancien cabinet médical a été transformé mais l’ensemble n’est pas très pratique. Il faut traverser la cuisine pour atteindre la salle de bain

Bel emplacement et logement agréable, mais gâché par l’humidité, le manque d’aération, l’inconfort du matelas et les sal

L’emplacement est vraiment magnifique, la chambre est belle et agréable, et la cuisine ainsi que les toilettes étaient propres, ce qui est très appréciable.

En revanche, le logement présentait plusieurs points négatifs : beaucoup d’humidité, de la poussière visible sur les murs ( voir photos) et un manque d’aération ce qui a particulièrement gêné ma respiration. Le matelas était inconfortable, car j’avais la sensation que de petites choses bougeaient lorsque je m’allongeais( ça peut être des acariens je sais pas), ce qui rendait le repos difficile. Enfin, l’entrée manquait d’entretien, avec des saletés noires sur le sol visibles devant l’entrée du logement. ( voir photos)

Estaba muy sucio,tuve una reacción alérgica muy fuerte debido al exceso de suciedad y polvo en las persianas "ventana directamente voltada para la calle,lo que no es muy seguro porque tenés que estar con las ventanas totalmente cerradas "tenia muchas moscas en la puerta de entrada y los pasillos estaban extremadamente sucios"me retire un día antes de finalizar mi estancia.

Hygiëne beneden peil. Teennagels en stofnesten op de grond, vlekken in het onderlaken van dun badstof, duidelijk niet gewassen, verder beddegoed afwezig, je slaapt onder de sprei en kussenslopen van dezelfde smoezelige stof. Wij durfden de overnachting niet aan, hebben ons verlies genomen en hebben een hotel geboekt. Verder werd de code voor het slot pas na lange sms wisseling gestuurd waardoor wij enkele uren op straat stonden voordat we naar binnen konden.

L'emplacement est super, juste en face de la gare et pourtant très calme. Beaucoup d'espace, confortable, décor sympa.🙂

L'appartement n'a pas été prêt à notre arrivée, mais bon . Il vaut mieux en rentrant la nuit, avoir une lampe de poche ... Embêtant de devoir chercher dans le noir où sont les interrupteurs🤔🧐 ( pas de lumière dans le hall d'entrée, dans la cuisine une petite lampe). Tout est bien qui finit bien 👍

Très bel appartement à 100 mètres de la gare. Très grand, très bien décoré et bien équipé.

Aucune isolation phonique, en particulier avec l'appartement du dessus. Heureusement que les voisins se sont calmés vers 20h sinon on a l'impression d'être chez eux. D'habitude les hôtes pensent à laisser 2 ou 3 dosettes de café avec la machine. Tout le monde ne se balade pas avec ses propres dosettes et c'est quand même agréable de pouvoir commencer la journée avec un café. Pas de savons pour la douche.

Lamentable même pour avoir passé qu’une seule nuit

Rien, l’appartement est insalubre, lugubre, aucune possibilité de pendre ses vêtements (pas de penderie) cuisine avec les éponges moisies sans torchon de cuisine , le ménage n’avait pas été fait Contacté 4 fois par téléphone , l’hôte n’a jamais répondu et nous étions envoyé vers un répondeur Deux serviettes de toilettes et un gant pour une durée de 8 jours c’est lamentable

Je regrette que booking accepte sur son site ce type d’annonceur’ cela risque de nuire à la réputation de booking qui est un site sérieux ‘Ai de nom photos pour prouver ces informations Du reste nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit et nous avons trouvé à nous loger dans un hôtel J’espère que ces informations seront publiées pour éviter que d’autres voyageurs soient dans notre cas

Confortable spacieux et bien équipé

Un lieu où je reviens avec plaisir, lors de mes déplacements professionnels. J'apprécie le confort, les équipements, la chambre spacieuse et reposante. La proximité avec le centre ville et avec la gare qui se trouve juste en face. Environnement calme 👍🏼

Les portes de la douche que j'ai eu du mal à utiliser, mais c'est vraiment un détail. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain.
