A perfect place to stay in Arras.

The location is very easy to find and in the silent hours is extremely quiet. Free parking is located close and between 18:00 and 09:00 you can pretty much park right outside the apartment. The check in details and details of the accommodation were way to understand and follow making getting into the apartment simple.

Nothing to dislike; the apartment had everything as described, was comfortable and quiet and was perfectly located to explore Arras.

I wish I could give it 15 out of 10. It's just pure bliss and calm - a haven of peace

Great location I felt truly at home - super cozy and clean in a very quiet square close to everything you need and not far from the city centre (20min walk to the grand place). Everything you need in terms of kitchen ustensils, a nice little TV to keep you company. I love the decor of the flat all white with the little windows that are just super cute. The bed is super comfy too I slept so well. All this at a bargain price.

Everything was perfect I loved every minute I spent there. Perhaps an extra dish towel would be nice as I spilled coffee on mine!

Beautiful old building, very comfortable has very you need, it’s close to the main centre about a 10min walk away. The other guests in the building were incredibly quiet onto noise was the squeak of the shared stairway (as to be expected in this lovely building). Easy check in instructions, took an uber here from the train station £12.

The room needed to be aired out a little more when I checked, was a damp smell coming from the kitchen bin/ maybe the plumbing from the kitchen?

L'emplacement est superbe. L'appartement est très agréable Qualité du matelas, belle salle de bain. Appartement clair et propre , à proximité du lieu où j'avais mon RV et pas très loin du centre ville

La porte d'entrée commune en bas est un peu difficile à ouvrir. L'enrobage en osier sur la partie gauche du canapé est défectueux Il n'y a pas de rideau occultant sur la lucarne juste au-dessus du lit, ce serait vraiment utile d'en mettre un pour la qualité du sommeil. Il faudrait plus d'ustensiles de cuisine, notamment un plat à four; .

Un logement pratique, bien situé, super calme. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne, avec la même satisfaction.

Il manque un rideau de douche et une micro-ondes. Une cafetière automatique serait vraiment un grand plus.

. Appartement joli, avec du charme. . Propre . Bien équipé . Nécessaire de toilette individuel fourni . Silencieux malgré l'emplacement en centre ville

. Fonctionnement de la télé moyen, impossible d'avoir les chaînes courantes . Pas de store sur le velux dans la chambre (réveil obligatoire à la lumière du jour) . La baignoire est jolie, mais impossible de prendre une douche sans arroser toute la SDB (pommeau avec trop de pression)

Un peu éloigné du tumulte du plein centre en cette période de l'Arras Film Festival, j'ai beaucoup apprécié le calme et l'environnement!. Un appartement très confortable où il ne manque rien. Super matelas ! Bref, j'ai très bien dormi.

Je suggèrerais une petite déco : photos d'Arras ? La baignoire est très jolie mais il faudrait peut-être ajouter un rideau ou un store imperméable pour éviter d'arroser toute la salle d'eau ...

Molt recomanable.

Situació bastant cèntrica (10 minuts caminant), amb una parada a 300 metres dels autobusos Citadine gratuïts que recorren Arras. Aparcament públic gratuït a 300 metres de l'apartament. Apartament espaiós, amb habitació separada de la sala d'estar-menjador. Molta lluminositat. Instruccions (recollida de claus, funcionament dels aparells electrodomèstics, informació turística, etc.) prèvies a l'entrada claríssimes.

Els tamborets alts de la taula del menjador són petits i incòmodes. Manca un microones per escalfar menjars preparats, i hi ha espai més que suficient! Atenció! Hi ha alguns claus que sobresurten del terra de fusta que són perillosos. Per sort ja estàvem avisats pels comentaris d'altres clients anteriors. Cal una reparació urgent!!! Attention ! Plusieurs clous dépassent d'un centimètre du parquet, ce qui est vraiment dangereux. Heureusement, les commentaires d'autres clients nous avaient déjà prévenus. Une réparation urgente est nécessaire pour éviter les accidents si vous marchez pieds nus ! Un cop solucionats aquests problemes la puntuació assoliria 9-10!

La localisation, les équipements, la propreté, le confort, le rapport qualité-prix, l'appartement n'était pas trop chaud malgré l'emplacement sous-toit.

L'absence de rideaux occultants (seulement 1/4 dispo), l'absence de rideaux de douche sur la baignoire, les odeurs de canalisation.

L'emplacement est parfait pour se rendre en ville à pied ou y venir avec la voiture.

Un petit manque de communication, à une question posée une réponse est attendue.....il s'agissait de pas grand chose mais une réponse aurait été appréciée. Donc il n'y a pas d'occultant dans la chambre, on peut compter les étoiles c'est sympa aussi.
