Mal mantenimiento. Había cosas que no funcionaban (por ej. aire acondicionado de un dormitorio) o funcionaban mal (por ej ducha).

Estoy acostumbrada a espacios grandes. Entonces me gustó porque es cómodo para 4 p
Creo que la biblioteca, el espacio que está entre los dos cuartos debería aprovecharse, se ve descuidado. Es una pena porque tiene potencial.

the location is very central
the apartment needs a lot of renovation. the bathroom shower cubicle is very small . the couch is very dirty . towels were very worn and one was torn . every appliance needed an adaptor . the apartment needs a thorough cleaning . WiFi works only in the living and one bedroom.
