Cozy and convenient for skiing

Big thanks to Mattia. He is a wonderful host and really did his best to make our stay enjoyable, always available and ready to assist with any need. The location of the apartment is excellent, just 2 minutes of walk to Seceda cable car. The apartment was big enough and very well equipped for the needs of our family.

It was quite cold outside and the heating system struggled to achieve a comfortable temperature inside. I also did not like that we were unable to control the heating ourselves (there is a smart meter installed). Although the beds were comfy, I would suggest to upgrade the pillows as thy were too low due to worn out filling.

At times it was a little cold - self heating controls would be helpful.

Reasonable good place to stay due to its good location.

The location is very good. Can walk to the Secede Cable Car and other stations within 10-15 mins. It is also walking distance to the main town area for supermarket.

The water flow in the shower. It is like choke as it flow very slow. We have to take times to let it flow down then reopen again to continue the shower. Even though it is still summer, at night the house become quite cold. Probably due to it's high elevation.

Excellent Place

The apartment was very clean. Very easy check in and check out. Mattia was always available on phone whenever we had any query and provided all the info on check in. Location is very central, near to city centre and super markets. I would highly recommend this place for stay.

The pressure in bathroom shower was little low. It would have been convenient if the shower pressure was good.

Superb

Location is excellent - very close to Seceda cable car. Also very near the center of Ortisei - the shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is recently refurbished, with some very cool vintage pieces (the old stove integrated in a modern kitchen). Apartment itself has 2 bunk bed bedrooms, one master bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. There were three of us, but it could easily accommodate 6-8 persons. Parking is available in the yard. Internet connectivity was great. The host (Mattia) was very welcoming and responsive.

위치가 좋아요. 오르티세이 시내랑 가까워요. 주차도 건물 앞에 하면 되는데, 제 렌트카는 살짝 오르막에서 바퀴가 헛돌더라구요. 깨끗하고 방도 3개 있고 좋아요. 1층에 묵었는데, 뷰는 안나오지만 그냥 좋더라구요. 화장실은 1개지만 깨끗했어요. 날이 너무 추워서 그런가 빨래가 잘 안말라요. 식기세척기가 있어서 편했어요. 근데 일반 세제는 없어서 기름기 있는 후라이팬도 그냥 식세기 돌렸어요. 4명이다 보니 화장실 1개인게 불편하긴 하더라구요. 왓츠앱으로 연락하면 바로바로 답 주고 좋았답니다. 호스트를 한번도 만난적은 없습니다. 체크아웃 후에 주차 3시간 정도 더 했는데, 흔쾌히 오케이 해주셨어요.

화장실 샤워실 하수구 물이 너무 안빠져요. 세탁기 없어요. 그렇지만 호스트가 빨래방 위치를 친절하게 알려주셨어요.

Casa molt recomanable al poble d’Ortisei. La cuina està ben equipada i amb estris molt nous. Llits còmodes i instal•lacions netes. És un plus que tingui aparcament (si vas amb furgoneta de 9 places has de maniobrar però s’hi pot accedir), ja que al poble és difícil aparcar. Tant el check-in com el check-out va ser molt fàcil, i l’atenció excel•lent. Allotjament 100% recomanable
