De ruimte in het huis. Ideaal met 2 gezinnen. Ook de locatie was top. Hele gezellige keuken waar we met z'n allen konden zitten. En ik heb nog nooit zo'n schoon huis gezien. Alles was spik en span en de host is super aardig en verleent enorm goede service. Tijdens 1 dag sneeuw werd zelfs de trap buiten en het pad en de weg naar het huis helemaal sneeuwvrij gemaakt.
Twee badkamers hebben een douche in het bad, zonder douche gordijn. Dit levert een waterballet op en de schuine kappen in de badkamer waren niet ideaal voor mijn man. Tijdens toiletbezoek heeft hij meermaals zijn hoofd gestoten. Dus de badkamers zijn wel aan modernisering toe. Maar dit neemt niet weg dat we hier zeker nog eens gaan terugkomen.

Good location, walking distance from the center of Ortisei. The host was very nice, kind and supportive with everything we needed. Cleanliness was great. The house has enough space to accommodate a group or a bigger family. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms were big enough. Parking is available right in front of the house (max 2 cars).
Old house that would need a bit of renovation / modernisation.
One of the bedrooms had a sink in it, right in front of the bed while the bathroom next door had only a toilet and a shower, so basically you needed to come into the bedroom to wash your hands or to use another bathroom attached to the other bedrooms.
Another bedroom is split into 2 rooms: one with two beds and the other one with one bed. The bathroom is attached to the second room, so one should step into the second room to be able to use that bathroom (or use another one on the hallway).
The mattresses were quite uncomfortable.

Big and comfortable Villa. We were a family of 5 adults and everyone got his/her own bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining area is large, there is an extra living room to watch Netflix if you want... But above all is the host - Jone. She is very responsive and resourceful and is super super nice.
The only "complaint" is that there is no ski-in, ski-out. We used our car to chose the lifts each morning.
