An ideal apartment indeed!

This is our favorite apartment in Belgrade. First of all, the name is 100% true: every important attraction is no more than a few stops away by public transport, whether it's the Tito Museum, the Church of Saint Sava, or Kalemegdan (from Kalemegdan you can actually walk, because the whole area where the apartment is located, is really nice and quite interesting ), so the location is truly perfect. At the same time, the street itself is quiet for the city center; it's peaceful, and right around the corner there's a grocery store, exchange offices, pleasant cafes, and everything you need. The apartment itself is simply stunning. It's spacious, beautiful, bright, and lovingly furnished. Both the hallway and the rooms have paintings that add personal touch. The furniture isn't new, but it's all in good condition, and honestly, we prefer it to the bland Ikea pieces. The fold-out sofas in the living room and bedroom are incredibly comfortable! We also loved the different lighting options, such as the very practical large floor lamp in the living room. Regarding the layout: there's a large living room with access to the kitchen. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a sliding wooden divider curtain, which looks very stylish and provides convenient zoning. The kitchen also has access to the balcony, and there's also a separate bedroom next to the bathroom. The hallway is also spacious and comfortable, and the rooms are arranged so that even three people can coexist without disturbing each other. Every detail in this apartment is simply lovely, even the towels were beautiful colors! The dishes were very cute, the tablecloths, and everything else. There's an indescribable charm and a sense of happiness there, and I guess it's due to the owner, who is simply a wonderful person. He's very kind and welcoming, and speaks excellent Russian.

Perfect location but no more than that

Very good location, parking available inside the building courtyard although it can get preety packed and no guarantee you'll be able to find a spot. We were delayed in arriving and the host very kindly accommodated us, and gave us tips on public transport, sights, etc he is a real character

Sewage from above leaks into the windowless bathroom, and the smell is nasty. Very old towels that smell bad the moment water touches them. Both were quite unexpected as the reviews are great, I would never book again unless that was taken care of.

Loved this place!

The host was very kind, showed me around the apartment and explained everything, and spoke good English despite being an elderly man. We had no communication problems. He was always quick to respond to my messages. The flat is well located to where I wanted to be, and was clean and comfortable. Yes it is a little older, like a normal home, but that gave it it's charm for me. It was like being in a real Serbian home in a normal apartment complex that was very secure and safe.

I liked everything :-)

Centar grada, center town. Lepa terasica za pušaće, beautiful small terrace for smokers. 2 sobe i smeštaj za više osobe, 2 rooms and place for many sleepers. Parking.

Great potential, but needs a bit of work

Great location. Host was helpful and had useful instructions regarding the apartment. The free parking spot is a rarity on this budget and this close to the center. The furnishings are a little old, but are holding up good, and it's fine as a place to sleep. The apartment include working kitchen, fridge, as well as a washing machine for your clothes.

Main issue was the cleanliness. 1) One of the sofas that contain one of the beds was really very dirty. Looked like something you would find in the trash. Still the bed itself was okay - just avoid the sofa. It would better be thrown out, and just have the bed in its place. 2) There is an issue with minor sewage spill on the toilet plumbing. The bathroom reaked of sewage. This was almost unbearable. The owner told me that this happens sometimes, and though he has tried, he could not fix the problem completely. Unless this is resolved, I'd avoid staying in this apartment to be honest.

Boravak u ovom stanu je bio zaista prijatan i komforan. Stan se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji, sve je blizu i lako dostupno, a pogled sa terase je prelep. Ceo prostor ima toplu i ušuškanu atmosferu. Posebno bih želeo da pohvalim gospodju koja mi je ljubazno odgovarala na sva pitanja putem poruka, kao i njenog sina koji me je docekao, pokazao stan i objasnio sve neophodne stvari. Zaista su profesionalni, korektni i veoma ljubazni. Sve preporuke i rado bih ponovo odseo ovde!

Lage und Anbindung zur Stadtmitte

Ein extremer Gestank der Kanalisation aus dem Badezimmer, welcher sich in der ganzen Wohnung verteilte. Die Couch ist definitiv nicht zum Schlafen zu empfehlen. Die Stühle im Essbereich sind dem Zerfall sehr nah und der Kühlschrank hat seine besten Tage definitiv schon hinter sich.

Tesisin sadece konumu çok iyi. Ev sahibi Belgrad'ın gezilecek yerlerini detaylıca anlattı.

Yorumları okuyarak rezervasyon yaptık ama tam anlamı ile hayal kırıklığı oldu. Eşyalar çok eski ve evde kötü bir koku var. Tavanda birçok örümcek ve örümcek ağları vardı. Site içinde ev sahibinin kendisine ayrılmış otopark olarak gösterdiği yer park etmesi zor ve yüksek bir yerdi. Ayrıca apartmanın girişini kısmen kapatıyordu. Park ettim mecbur ancak aklım sürekli aracımda kaldı.

Domacin je ljubazan, komunikatuvan i i predusretljiv.

U stanu je sve dotrajalo I mahom disfunkcionalno. Vrata smo jedva uspele da zakljucamo; prozori slabo dihtuju pa je bilo i hladno. Čistoća peškira i posteljine u boji su isto upitni, mirisalo je sve na ustajalo i nedovolkno čisto. Sve je šareno pa verujem da je i oprano na niskoj temperaturi sto je nedopustivo za privatan smestaj. Definitivno bi trebalo poraditi više na održavanju s obzirom na cenu. Lokacija jeste povoljna, ali nije dovoljna.
