Stupenda casa di campagna tra le tranquille colline nelle vicinanze di Orte.
Al piano terra, ampio soggiorno con veranda, cucina, bagno in comune e camera matrimoniale.
Al primo piano, due matrimoniali (una con bagno privato) ed un bagno in comune.
Al terzo piano, una camera matrimoniale.
Giardino enorme e ben curato, con piscina, lettini, bbq, palestrina e giochi per bambini.
La vista dalla veranda, già di per sè speciale, diventa mozzafiato al tramonto.
Si raggiunge la struttura seguendo delle stradine di campagna un po' dissestate, di cui l'ultimo km su ghiaia, ma comunque praticabile con qualsiasi auto.
Ambienti spaziosi e puliti.
Proprietari gentili e disponibili.

L'acqua di rubinetto, l'ultimo giorno odorava da zolfo.

Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional hosts. A car is a necessity when staying here. We had so many interesting excursions in Amelia and surrounding areas .

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every moment in the yard watching the sunset, in the pool, cooking, the playground and especially the open spaces and the peace. The house borders a compound with lots of ducks and chickens and the baby really enjoyed seeing them. In addition, the charming host also came on several occasions to show us their pony. We felt at home and it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Komfortowy obiekt, przygotowany do dobrego wypoczynku. Właściciele bardzo dbający o czystość.
Brak kieliszków do wina, niektóre leżaki na basenie były pęknięte.
