In a unique and exclusive location, Villa Baia 32, situated in the town of Baia Santa Reparata, overlooks the sea directly—offering magnificent sunsets—and is just 70 meters from the beach, which is easily accessible on foot.
Baia 32, nestled in the Mediterranean scrub, features spacious paved outdoor areas equipped with lighting and water outlets, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. With its newly renovated exterior and now equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems in every room, it is the ideal place for a dream vacation.
Villa Baia 32 can accommodate up to 8 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin/double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 1 bedroom with a French bed and its own restroom with independent access from the outside. The villa features one covered private parking space and one uncovered space within the large, fenced-in courtyard area.
The villa is furnished in a nautical style throughout: from the kitchen, equipped with everything needed to cook on your own, to the living area consisting of a dining area and a living room (with TV); from the living area, you can access a spacious veranda equipped with a table for unforgettable dinners and breakfasts, as well as a large sun deck—both offering a wonderful view of the sea.
The villa is located near all the amenities needed for a truly relaxing vacation, such as a convenience store, restaurants, bars, and a swimming pool—all within a 3-minute walk; Santa Teresa di Gallura is located 2 km away and offers all the amenities you might need.
Wi-Fi is available on the property from May 1 through October 31.
Sheets and towels are available upon request at a cost of 20 euros per person per week, with a weekly change.
