The building is nice solid structure, convenient underground parking. Our apartment had a super large terrace. The apartment for 2 of us was spacious and comfortable. Newer, clean couch. Large standard size fridge. Washing machine is a great plus. Mattress was ok. AC worked excellent.
Linens and towels are for extra fee. You have to set up and take of bedding when you leave. No Wi-Fi. If you are thre "off season" garbage disposal is 3 min drive. There is no Lock Box but you have to pick up and drop of keys in a different location. Terrace hadn't been swiped for a long time. But the craziest thing was mosquitos! You should see my and my husband's face in the morning. (as this property is next to woods it needs sliding insect screens in front of doors).

La casa si trova in una zona residenziale ai confini di una pineta, la zona e' tranquilla ma non centrale. E' presente un garage, un po' stretto se si ha una auto molto grande ma comodo per poter parcheggiare al coperto e al chiuso. Molto comodo l'ampio terrazzo per poter mangiare all'aperto.
I bidoni dell'immondizia non erano presenti nel garage come descritto nel regolamento dell'abitazione. Abbiamo dovuto trasportare i sacchi dell'immondizia all'isola ecologica. Scomodo specie se uno si muove in moto
