The flat is located in the popular centre of Santa Teresa, within the Residence I Mirti bianchi, in a quiet location just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Rena bianca beach and the village centre. The flat is located inside the Residence I Mirti Bianchi in Via Tibula, 28, in the renowned centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, a small village by the sea, which comes alive during the summer with aperitifs, sunset walks and music. The Residence is located in a quiet position and just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, an expanse of fine sand with dazzling colours and clear blue waters, repeatedly awarded the 'Blue Flag'. The flat is equipped with: TV, microwave, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bed linen and towels (first supply) air conditioning, WI-FI (use is subject to restrictions), balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs. In addition, inside the flat you will find a beach umbrella to take with you for your days on the beach. The two-room apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with induction hob, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Inside the residence there is a lift for easy access to the flats and an internal garage. Available to all guests are a washing machine and dryer for shared use; a fitness corner; the new swimming pool with heated water, suitable for adults and children, and equipped with parasols and sunbeds. The Residence is located in a quiet position and only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, an expanse of fine sand with dazzling colours and clear blue waters, several times awarded the 'Blue Flag', where you can find bathing establishments (for those who wish to hire beach umbrellas and sunbeds), diving centres for those who love exploring, and bars and restaurants offering a panoramic view of the Bocche di Bonifacio. From the modern marina, it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the beautiful archipelago of La Maddalena Island. For all your needs, you can go to the reception office, which is open daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. To collect your keys, check-in is available daily from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. For their return, check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property in order to issue the KEY BOX code for key collection. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement may be requested. For arrivals after 20:00 we request the client's telephone number. Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility. Their access is not permitted in the common areas and a surcharge is payable locally.
