If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay for an unforgettable vacation in Gallura, this house is exactly what you need. Located right in the center of the hamlet of Porto Pozzo (in the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura), the property combines the convenience of having everything within easy reach with its proximity to the sea, which is just 350 meters away: it will take you just a 5-minute walk to find yourself with your feet on the sand of the local beach.
The house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it the perfect choice for large groups of friends or multiple families who want to travel together without sacrificing their personal space.
Inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room with an open kitchen—the heart of the home—ideal for cooking together and sharing long chats at the end of the day. The kitchen and living area are equipped with appliances including an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and a 48-inch LED TV.
The sleeping area consists of 4 well-spaced bedrooms:
Two standard double bedrooms.
One bedroom with a queen-size bed.
A large “family-sized” bedroom featuring a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed.
Rounding out the interior are two fully equipped and functional bathrooms.
The private garden is equipped with a brick barbecue: the perfect spot for hosting barbecues and dining al fresco, while enjoying the cool summer climate and the salty sea breeze from the nearby ocean.
