Gallura Country House with Mediterranean Views

The holiday house is a typical country house in the Gallura area in the north of Sardinia. It is only a short walk from the sea. The elegantly furnished house is spread over two floors and is ideal for eight people. Owing to the light furniture and the flooring with a wooden veneer it is particularly inviting. The spacious living and dining room is on the ground floor. The light lounge area provides a comfortable upholstered suite in front of a characteristic fireplace, where you can make yourselves comfortable with a glass of wine in front of a crackling fire. The dining space has a large wooden dining table with ten chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with a conveniently raised oven, a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Stairs with a particularly interesting railing made of root wood leads upstairs, where there are four bedrooms with wrought-iron beds and white furniture, as well as an ensuite shower room each. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 190cm) and one has two single beds (90 x 190cm). The house has air conditioning throughout (cool/warm). There is no Internet connection, so you can enjoy getting away from it all totally here. The TV sets have a DVBT antenna. The house is surrounded by a 5000m² private site with typical Mediterranean macchia growing on it. In front of the house there is a veranda with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs, so you can enjoy meals outdoors. There are also deckchairs and sun loungers for sunbathing in the garden. There is plenty of space on site for parking several cars. The tourist village Rena Majore a kilometre away has restaurants, bars, pools and various shops. The beach of the same name is about 900 metres from the house. Santa Teresa di Gallura is 5.2km away, with all kinds of shops, many restaurants and the ferry harbour with crossings to Corsica.
