The location and proximity to Santa Teresa and the port was ideal. We loved the location, the peace and quiet and the pizzeria down below. Our hosts at Mare In were responsive and helpful, but the hassle of the check in and check out would discourage me from renting similar accommodations in the future.

We had to drive to a travel agency to collect the keys. We learned that the linens were not included, and one we paid for them we could have simply have afforded a nicer hotel room. The check-in times were limited and it took 30 minutes to get everything we needed. Even more bizarrely they took a deposit off my credit card, which I had to go back to the travel agency to recover upon check-out. And, instead of refunding it my credit card they gave it to me in Euros, which meant that I had to pay to exchange not once, but twice, since it was the end of my trip. The place was sparkling clean but it was sparce. There were no wine glasses. Frankly I wish we had just rented a hotel room. It would have been much more practical for our needs.
