El millor de l'apartament és l'entorn on està ubicat, la petita terrasseta i les vistes que té.
Si s'hi ha d'allotjar 4 adults l'apartament és just. Hi ha una llitera molt justa per dos adolescents. El llit de matrimoni és un sofà llit al mig del menjador. Per altra banda, ens vam trobar que la campana extractora i el llum d'aquesta no funcionava. La televisió tampoc funcionava (tot i que l'amfitriona va està en contacte amb nosaltres per tal de solucionar-ho, però no hi va haver manera). Estàvem en una urbanització on no hi havia cap contenidor per llençar la brossa, l'amfitriona en cap moment ens va explicar on llençar la brossa, cal donar aquesta informació.
