The residence is located in Santa Teresa di Gallura in the new area of the country, the beach Rena Bianca is located about 800 m, but the area is full of beaches to visit: Cape Head, Bay St. Reparata, Rena Majore, the Valley of 'Erica, the Marmorata. The residence is in an exclusive, elegant and quiet, surrounded by typical Sardinian vegetation. L 'apartment is located near two major supermarkets, pizza bar, restaurants, and there is ample parking for the' car. A few steps away is the town center where every night there are events organized by the city; also from the marina of the country there is the possibility of going to visit Corsica, Bonifacio is 1 hour by boat from St. Teresa and there is the opportunity to daily trips of the surrounding islands like Budelli, La Maddalena. Nice apartment with well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Very close to 2 supermarkets. Beautiful swimming pool in front of the house. Some misunderstanding about where to meet for the check in but that was quickly solved. Wifi and roaming only worked well in the early morning and late evening so be prepared for an offline holiday which wasn't a big problem for us.Location was perfect, no noise from traffic but close to the main roads and not far from the center.Easy contact with the owner by WhatsApp.

There was good communication in advance which is always helpful. The apartment was true to the photos. It is a 15 minute walk along the road straight into the heart of lovely Sta Teresa di Gallura centre. The apartment complex has two pools which we did not use as the rules state you must wear a swimming hat and we had not brought any. We were out in the car each day anyway so it did not matter for us. The Dettori supermarket on the left side of the apartment complex is excellent for self catering. It is open Sundays too which surprised us. The apartment had a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a kitchen with basic equipment. There was one large and one small towel each for the 7 days. I would recommend to take from home a veg peeler, a good knife, a kitchen sink plug, some j cloths, washing machine powder and some tea towels. I also bought a cheese grater and left it for the next person. The complex gets busy with noisy families in afternoons and evenings but night times were quiet. Be aware that it is often very, very, windy in this town in August and September. We found one sheltered beach at Capo Testa but otherwise expect a lot of wind, waves and people.
St Teresa di G was a delightful town with a perfect piazza and lots of character. We had a very nice week overall and would recomend this property and gracie mille to Monica.

We really enjoyed our time in Santa Teresa Gallura. The property is very homely and comfortable, and well located a few minutes walk from the centre of the town. We were met promptly when we arrived, and settled in quickly. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen incorporated into the kitchen/diner. There is plenty of space for cooking, eating, and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed meals out on the table on the terrace, which was beautiful for breakfast in the morning. The bedroom is airy and comfortable. The bathroom is clean, functional, and modern.
There are two supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. Both are fine, however we would recommend the one closer to the town as being slightly better stocked. The apartment is located on one of the main roads into town, which makes accessing both the town centre and the areas surrounding Santa Teresa very easy. On the nights on which we dined out, it was a nice stroll to the nearest restaurants, which are all of excellent quality (the ones we tried in any case).
Monica was a friendly and helpful host, gave us information about the area, and was able to facilitate our stay despite the short notice of arrival that we provided. We would definitely choose this apartment again if we return in the future. The area is outstandingly beautiful and the apartment is the perfect home-away-from-home from which to set out and explore it.

Our family (2 boys aged 3 and 8) has spent a wonderful week in that apartment. All furnitures are brand new and it is very well equiped. Monica was very nice with us. Location was nice, very convenient with supermarkets in the area and downtown not too far. We appreciated also quiet in the residence ...Very nice spots in the area : conqua verde (perfect if you like small beach with few people only and rocks to jump into water for kids), magic rocks if you like hiking ....we strongly recommend that apartment.
