About this apartment rental
New trilocale context refined and elegant with double bedroom, single bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen / great room with sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, covered veranda where you can eat outside and garden. All new and well furnished, equipped with dishes and dishes, LED TV, electric oven, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, juicer, new dishwasher, toaster and blender. Residence cared for with lots of greenery big pool with whirlpool, 2 swimming pools for small children. A few steps big supermarket, bar, pizzeria and large parking available. Quiet environment, elegant Rena Bianca beach 800 m but the area is full of beaches to visit.

Firstly I’ll talk about the apartment and apartment complex.We stayed for a week in for May until 3rd June and we didn’t arrive until late for check in.Luca’s communication was great he gave us his number and was there when we arrived just outside the apartment complex to greet us and then show us around the apartment.The apartment was excellent everything was brand new, even had to pull stickers off the pans when we used them, As they stil had the stickers on.The apartment has a big kitchen space and living room which 2 big bedrooms which both have doors that led to a garden which is layer with artificial grass and slabs which is equipped with sun loungers, a large table and chairs and a washing machine which was very handy having 3 children.The decor of the apartment was all new and very clean and tidy, with a great biew at the front of the large pool area and the rear has a side view up to Santa Teressa and the mountains.The apartment is located just outside the town so I would recommend a car to get around not just to visit the town but the area has so many amazing beaches which we visited a few.The only downside to the apartment and complex was that only one of the pools of the 3 was open but that might be due to May be considered not in season, however the main pool which was open is just outside your door and was very well maintained by Antonio who I think is the Maintenance contact for the complex.Supermarkets are on location.

We had a fantastic week here. The apartment is right next to the pool and has everything you need. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and had lots of space. To walk into Santa Teresa takes about 25 minutes, it’s an easy walk and there’s a good selection of restaurants to visit. There are plenty of beaches within a 15 minute drive.

The location is convenient as there is a supermarket next door. The next beach Rene Bianca is not 9 minutes by foot because Google maps says it's 1.4 km and it's uphill. You need a car to get around. We and two other German families in the compound didn't feel welcome because the neighbors in the compound reprimanded the kids not to play ball in the pool or to speak too loudly on the pool but when the Italian teenagers played ball in the pool very loudly in the evenings it was totally fine. So we started avoiding the pool more and more and I felt uncomfortable. But other than that it's a good apartment to go and visit beaches from.
