Spend your days fishing, swimming, paddle-boarding, and boating on the lake, and close things out gathered around the masonry firepit out in the yard - the perfect spot for roasting s'mores, telling stories, and viewing spectacular night skies.
Inside this contemporary home, you'll find a well-equipped, open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a double wall oven) and a breakfast bar, while sit-down dining can be enjoyed together at the nearby table, out on the deck, on the lower-level patio, or over the water. After meals, gather in the upstairs living area with its leather furnishings or head downstairs to the media room complete with matching futons and a bar ready for entertaining. Every room has its own TV, so feel free to wind down and watch your favorite shows wherever and whenever you wish.
Outside, enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub, or make your way to the boat house with dock, diving board, kitchenette, large screen TV, lounge chairs, kitchen table with chairs, and WiFi. There is also a jet ski launch for more aquatic adventures.

Dock details: Guests are welcome to tie up their boats to the dock. The homeowner welcomes guests to use the empty boat slip as well as the boat life in the slip. And the 2 boat lifts for jet skis.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family has stayed on Lake Anna for many years on many different properties. This location has pluses and minuses. On the plus side: comfortable mattresses, great dock, newer ovens, great deck off kitchen, nice grill, great responses from our person at Vacasa. On the minus side: kitchen was dirty upon arrival as was the dock area, return vent in living area needed to be cleaned, frig door shelves broken, issues with plumbing while on property (all were fixed), huge stains on carpet in master, floor in master bath not level so issues with door, sliding doors hard to open and close, kayaks and paddle boat in listing were missing (2 new kayaks delivered by end of our stay). This could be an amazing house, just needs some work.

Just got back from a relaxing long weekend at the lake and cannot wait to return. This house has amazing outside areas. The dock is a great space to set up for the day. My family was down there all day swimming, fishing, paddling, and just relaxing. Got to watch some football lake side which was an added bonus.
The interior is nice, but dated. The house could use some TLC on the inside and some of the sliding door were not working properly. Still it was clean and comfortable for my family of 4 and our dog.
Already looking at our calendar to book out next stay at GGs.

We have been traveling to Lake Anna for many years and were slightly disappointed with this pick. On the plus side: mattresses comfortable, good AC, great dock area, new ovens, good grill. Things that could be addressed: sliding doors all in bad shape and some very difficult to some, some area not clean when we arrived, kayaks and paddle boat in listing were no where to be found, door of refrigerator had broken and missing shelves. Vacas employee we dealt with was very responsive to us. We truly appreciate her!
