These two historic across the hall lofts offer over a combined 2400 square feet located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. The spaces feature modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
You'll have access to two lofts (408 and 408) across the hall from one another - each with their own private entrance. Loft 408 features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms while loft 409 features 2 bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms for a combined total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In each bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.
There are two full kitchens in each loft, with solid surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available nearby. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.
Each loft has as separate, private entrance off of the hallway across from one another. Loft 408 is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building. Any pets brought during a stay will incur an additional $149 pet fee.

Our stay was great. Great location as we were celebrating a birthday and we were able to walk around downtown without needing to Uber. Only complaint is one toilet was not properly fastened to the floor and rocked back and forth while using it.

The host and rooms were great. We didn't have to drive at all during our stay as everything we did was within 3 blocks from the VRBO.

Check in was easy and lovely unit with super location. Street parking relatively easy except for Saturday evening between 6-9. Recommend and would stay here again!

This stay is located in a cool building but has a couple bars downstairs and is surrounded by several other bars so you
Can hear the music, screaming , car alarms , and crazy drunk people all night . If you just want a place to get drunk but not get a wink of sleep, this one is for you . Also hope you like your coffee black because there wasn’t even one packet of sugar provided.
