Beautiful property with everything we could want all in 1 spot. Comfy beds, dream kitchen & the best stocked kitchen I've seen yet! The pool, slide, hot tub, trampoline, ping pong table, bball court & outdoor kitchen kept all ages entertained all week! It was so nice to have beach towels, some toiletries and even spices in the kitchen. There were 8 of us, from age 1 to 40 and we loved it. The house is just across Dodge from Hy-Vee and a mile from Costco. There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the house. Both have spa tubs & one was separated from all the other bedrooms which was nice for a sleeping baby. The laundry room also has a toilet & sink with a door that opens to the outside, right next to the pool. It was convenient to jump out of the water & have a bathroom 2 steps away without the need to drip water through the house. We had plans for several outings, we skipped them all & opted to stay at the house instead. It was the perfect, relaxing get away!

Family from 4 states gathered to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday. The home is just like you see on the VRBO site. There are a few spots where there is a single step down when transitioning from one area to another. I put some strips of blue painters tape on the floor so none of the older people in the group would fall or trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool/bar area. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The men grilled hamburgers & brats one night and the other night they fried fish in the bar area. It was nice to have a mini fridge outside so you didn’t have to go into the house with a wet suit to get something drink. The laundry room has a half bath and it’s right off the pool area which is very convenient. The landscaping is beautiful and there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook for a crowd. When we had a question Ashley answered our texts right away. We would stay here again.

Ashley was an incredible host! She checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The ranch is beautiful — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the basketball court was a huge hit with everyone. We’d absolutely stay here again.
