About this house rental
Perfect family friendly home with a private heated in-ground pool (open April-September) and recently renovated. Centrally located, 3 bedroom 7 bed, 2 bathroom split level home, with a game room in the basement. Minutes from the interstate, close to CWS, Baxter Arena, Omaha Henry Doorly zoo, Aksarben, downtown Omaha, Dundee, and Benson.
Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (a bunk bed room with a twin over full plus a trundle twin, a queen bedroom, and another queen bedroom), one full bathroom, living room, and kitchen and dining area. The downstairs includes a finished basement with a queen sofa sleeper, foosball, arcade game, family entertainment space w/ bar area, laundry (washer and dryer), and a full bathroom. We have a pack and play available at all times and an extra blow up bed. From the kitchen you can walk out to a patio with an outdoor dining area with a natural gas grill and fire pit, and in-ground heated pool with a slide and a diving board.

The property was clean and just as described. The house was well furnished in all areas. SO nice having a kitchen with all necessary items as well as bathrooms with plenty of towels and even travel sized toiletries. The pool had floaties/toys for all ages that were in great shape, not worn out and needing thrown away as we've experienced in the past. Our only let down was the diving board being out of commission during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
