Our host did a great job of communicating with us before arrival. She was present when we arrived but it was because she was trying to fix one of the beds that was broken by a previous guest. It was clear that she was trying her best to make the situation right. The garages are small. It's a very cute house but it's definitely an older house that has a great deal of charm but like most old houses, it's creaky and a little loud if traveling with a group. Conversations in the basement can definitely be heard on the main floor.Is the house perfect? Nope. Can't find many of those on VRBO. Did it work for our group's needs and was the host one we'd be cool with staying with again? Absolutely. Just be careful in the bathtub between the two rooms on the main floor.

we were in Omaha for a week with baseball. This housewas a blessing. Lots of space, very clean, well equippedthe hostess was helpful and went above and beyondto make us comfortable. Great location. Great homeaway from home!!
