Die Lage der FeWo und die Ausstattung.
Leider waren im Bad die Zahnpastaspuren der Vormieter noch an der Wand ;-(
Gerne hätte ich ein Buch bzw. Bücher von Herrn Janssen käuflich an der Rezeption erworben; das war nicht möglich ;-(

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Meerblick mit tollen Sonnenaufgängen. Schöner Balkon. Die Betten waren mit der bestellten Bettwäsche sogar schon bezogen, toller Service!
