The 66 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, gbmv1-12, in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode can accommodate up to 6 people. The sunny, covered balconies facing southeast are a particular highlight; where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and beach life right from the morning sun. Your dog is welcome here!
The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the first floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are excursions to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The modern and cozy living-dining area features a double sleeper sofa (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). Two separate bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort thanks to modern box-spring beds, including one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and are each equipped with a flat-screen TV (40 inches) and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has its own small balcony with a view of the sea. Please note that the second bedroom has a fire-rated window that cannot be opened. However, there is a special ventilation system that allows for the gradual regulation of fresh air intake.
The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, towel warmer, and heated floors. The vacation apartment also includes a second toilet with a sink.
You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying panoramic views of the lake on the southeast-facing balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area. Dogs are also welcome guests in this vacation apartment.

Die Wohnung ist in absoluter Toplage und auch die Ausstattung ist gehoben und deshalb absolut zi empfehlen.
Leider können wir keine 5 Sterne geben weil:
- in der Küche lediglich nur eine Steckdose ist.
- kein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad ist.
- die Reinigung im Schlafzimmer nicht ganz ok war.
- wir keine Informationen zu E-Mobilität für unser Auto in Großenbrode bekommen haben. Wir haben uns dann selber informiert und erfahren, daß es zwei Standorte mit einmal 2 (Nähe Tourismuszentrum) und an dem anderen Standort 5 Lademöglichkeiten (am Nahkauf)gibt.

Eine modern eingerichtete und saubere Unterkunft! Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft bereits für das nächste Jahr reserviert.
