Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this modern 3-room vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode. Spanning a generous 84 m² on the first floor, the apartment offers plenty of space for the whole family, as well as a beautiful southeast-facing balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the magnificent view of the sea.
The light-filled living area, with its cozy sofa nook and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax and unwind. You can enjoy the seaside atmosphere and the view of the sea right from breakfast. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to all the essential utensils, features an oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.
Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and spacious closets. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom is equipped with a practical bunk bed (2 x approx. 90 x 200 cm)—ideal for children or additional guests.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a cosmetic mirror, and a heated towel rack. On cooler days or when the northern German weather is dreary, the private sauna provides relaxing moments of wellness.
The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (No. 7) in the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.
Note regarding the surrounding area:
In the immediate vicinity of the complex, facade renovation work will be taking place on the Bellevue building from March through November 2026. If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbor, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long beach.
