We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful North Asheville home. Situated on a mountaintop, the views are absolutely spectacular. Each evening around 5 PM, a cool mountain breeze rolls in, making the outdoor dining and gathering spaces especially relaxing and enjoyable.The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families. The house is wonderfully appointed for young children, with books, trundle beds, a teepee, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. At the same time, there is more than enough room for multi-generational family gatherings.The downstairs area was a huge hit and offers something for everyone, including darts, shuffleboard, and Nintendo. There are so many spaces throughout the home to relax, gather, or simply enjoy the views.Inside, the house was spotless, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. It felt less like a rental and more like a true home, especially for a longer stay. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout, and everything was exactly as described.This really is a special mountain retreat. What more could you ask for? We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Asheville. And, our hosts James and Allie were so attentive, kind and helpful.
