The sign hanging in the entryway of this luxurious north end home says it all: “A day at the beach is worth a month in town." Spend a slow day or two decompressing within the walls of Saltwater Snug and you'll no doubt come to agree with the sentiment!
Hidden away on a tranquil residential street just north of downtown Cannon Beach, this three-bedroom home comes outfitted with all the bells and whistles. Outside, Saltwater Snug is flanked by a cozy wraparound porch overlooking a small front lawn. Inside, you'll encounter a fresh, clean interior with high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in that magical coastal light. This home's got natural beauty, complemented by plenty of playful, Oregon-themed décor.

Turn right as you enter through the front door and you'll find yourself in a spacious open kitchen and dining area with a large bar, butcher block and plenty of countertop space. A new Induction stove will make the family chef happy to create memorable meals! When dinner's served, choose between a formal indoor dining table or a outdoor table located on the large, fully equipped back deck, complete with a gas barbecue and a pint-sized picnic table just perfect for the little ones. You'll also find a dedicated laundry and half bathroom close at hand.
At the home's west end, admire a large, luxurious den boasting sprawling vaulted ceilings. Sink into the enormous leather sofa and gaze upon the gorgeous working stone fireplace, or sit back and catch a film on the huge flat-screen TV.
A wide staircase leads upstairs to three bedrooms and a snug den perfect for the kids. Bedroom one features a queen bed and an enormous window overlooking the neighborhood. Bedroom two offers two sets of bunk beds and a small entertainment center, plus more great light. Big enough to be together and apart. Away from downtown Cannon Beach congestion yet close to the beaches. House has everything you thought you had to bring (coffee,sugar, wood) plus things to make it like home. Coffee grinder, griddle, big pots for crabs, etc.. Don’t stay here! We want to make sure it’s available next time we head to Cannon Beach. Really-you won’t be disappointed!

Definitely a home for families. We (4 retirees) had plenty of room. Liked the fact we were away from the main area, but could still walk to Hemlock easily. Surprised at how close to the ocean.
