About this house rental
Just steps from the beach, and around the corner from downtown Cannon Beach, sits a quiet oasis, Baker Beach Cottage. This handsome three bedroom, one- and one-half bath home, with a separate bunk house, is ideally appointed for family fun.
This home exudes flair right from the start with its vaulted ceilings and open concept living area. Your friends and family will feel instantly at home in a living space seemingly tailor made for togetherness. An open kitchen offers plenty of work space and a large dining table (with built-in bench). The spacious living room features a stone fireplace with plenty of seating to enjoy the fireplace or a movie.
Glass French doors show the way to the back deck and patio, complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The back yard is surprisingly large and has a separate bunk house to one side of yard. It's a great place for kids “too old for adult supervision” to hang out. Another feature is the outside shower head for washing the sand off before you come inside.
The single car garage is available to guests and has a laundry center that can be used as well.
Ready to rest those weary bones? Every member of your family and friends is sure to be sitting pretty come evening time. There are three bedrooms on the second floor and each one is distinct.
There's a king bed in the serene master bedroom with access to the deck on the front side of the house. If you're looking for a spot to have that morning cup of coffee, you've found it.
The deck also has a second door to a bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom has a TV as well which makes it a great spot for kids to sprawl out, relax, watch a movie or just a quiet spot for a good book.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the back yard and is quiet and peaceful.
The full bath is upstairs and there is a half bath on the main floor.
When you're ready to start exploring, of course, all the amenities and entertainment of downtown Cannon Beach are just short walk down the road. And when it's beach time, you're only a short half block away.

My family from out of town had a wonderful time and the location couldn't have been better! We were able to walk to town or the beach every day and hardly used our car. The common spaces were comfortable and spacious and the sleeping arrangements were exactly what we expected from the listing. The bunk house was awesome but the lower bunks had very low clearance so were not used. The only issues we ran into were a small ant problem that was visibly being treated and the doors in the twin room kept blowing open because of high wind gusts since the locking mechanism in one of the doors had been removed preventing it from locking. We ended up putting a bench in front of the door. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
