Welcome to Plan Sea, a stylish retreat nestled in the heart of Cannon Beach with sweeping views of the Pacific and all the comforts of home. This thoughtfully designed home sleeps up to eight guests with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, blending easy coastal living with modern amenities for a truly elevated escape.

Upstairs, the open-concept living room features a cozy gas fireplace, oversized sectional, and a Murphy bed for added flexibility. Step out to the heated oceanview deck, complete with a cushioned sectional and glass-panel railing — perfect for sunset lounging or morning coffee. The dining area, wet bar, and fully equipped kitchen (featuring both Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers plus a Ninja Foodi) make entertaining effortless. Downstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed and en-suite bath, while two additional guest rooms — one with a queen, the other with a bunk bed — each include Smart TVs for wind-down time after a day of adventure.

Outside, the private backyard invites you to relax in the hot tub, gather around the firepit, or dine al fresco beneath the stars. With Haystack Rock, Ecola State Park, and Cannon Beach's iconic shops and restaurants just minutes away, Plan Sea is your front-row seat to everything this coastal gem has to offer.

Per City Ordinance, we must maintain a record of all guests staying at the home. For every guest occupying the home, the following will be requested upon making a reservation:

Home Address
Telephone Numbers
Vehicle License Plate Numbers and State of Issue

Cannon Beach – Approved Check-In Dates

The City of Cannon Beach limits short-term vacation rental permits, and each permit requires at least 14 days between guest arrivals dates. To make planning easier, we’ve approved the following check-in dates or date ranges. Most preapproved arrival dates are on Fridays, and nightly minimums vary based on demand.

Any requested reservation dates that are within 14 days of another guest's check in date will be declined to stay in compliance with the city policies.

Hot Tub Rules and information:

To ensure the best experience for your stay and our neighbors we ask that you keep the following in mind:.

Usage hours are to be between: 7am-9pm so as to abide by city mandated good neighbor rules.

Rinse off your body before entering the hot tub. Not rinsing off sand or debris will throw off the chemical balance.

If you find the color is or becomes murky, green or yellow, do not use the spa and please call our office.
We will gladly compensate your cost for that day and immediately dispatch service during working hours.
Children under the age of 12 are not to use the hot tub.
Please replace cover when not in use.
The blue sand wand is for your use to remove sand & debris should it get into the hot tub.
Keep bromine float in hot tub at all times.

Maintenance will service hot tub alternating days between 9 a.m. -6 p.m. Under normal conditions this service usually takes half an hour to an hour. Due to the unpredictable nature of our maintenance schedule, service may occur at any time, and a specific date or time cannot be provided. Guests will not receive advance notification of hot tub service. Our maintenance team does not need access to the interior of the home to service the hot tub.
