About this house rental
The Beachwood is a mid-town, waterfront property just steps from the beach and only 8 short blocks from downtown. The open design with a great-room and oversized wood fireplace, invites family gathering while sunset gazing or storm watching.
Enjoy the spacious, contemporary kitchen and open dining area, while still not missing that ocean view! The open flow from the kitchen / dining area to the great-room creates ample room for spreading out, enjoying TV, music, or the fireplace.
Conveniently on the main level, is the master bedroom with a King sized bed; the second bedroom with a Queen bed; the main bathroom (tub/shower); and a laundry area.
The upstairs open loft features a Queen bed, a bathroom with shower, as well as a third private bedroom (Twin beds) with an additional TV and DVD.
Accommodates 8 maximum; pets welcome / 2 maximum; no smoking; parking for 3 vehicles.
3 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.
7 night minimum stay for the summer months.
Please call to inquire about shorter stays, we are happy to accommodate when we can.
Deck Furniture and BBQ's are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

This home with absolutely amazing for our family of 8! We’ve stayed at various locations in Cannon Beach and this was absolutely my favorite by far. Sitting in the front yard watching the ocean or playing in the backyard with the grandkids it was the perfect vacation. Is the home older and may need some updates (kitchen is stunning!), yes but the location and the view make it 100% worth it.If you have smaller children, you would just want to utilize the baby gates, but we had no issues whatsoever. There are also lots of items for us to use as far as beach and children so I would definitely look for them while you’re there. They’re not mentioned on the description but a huge added convenience and we left items there as well for future renters as well.Can’t recommend it enough and the property management company was beyond amazing and so easy to work with.

We absolutely loved staying here. Closer to haystack rock and still close enough to walk downtown. Beach access is phenomenal, can’t beat the view. I didn’t find the beds to be uncomfortable as others have mentioned but the primary was very loud climbing in and out of, but I didn’t lose any sleep over it. One thing I did not realize was that the primary bathroom is shared with the other bedroom downstairs. We come to Cannon Beach every couple of years and had the best time and will definitely try to come back to this rental!!

Beautiful view. Perfect Cannon Beach location. Clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Slightly odd LR furniture layout with TV obstructing small portion of view. I would definitely stay here again.
