Welcome to CB Sands, a sprawling home that's perfect for a large group in search of a secluded, upscale hideaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood above the “S” curves overlooking Haystack Rock, this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home boasts plenty of natural light, hardwood throughout, and three fireplaces to cozy up to.
The entry opens into a large, expansive living area outfitted with fine furnishings plus a gas fireplace perfect for warming your tired toes at the end of a day of exploring. There are built-in window seats that overlook the backyard if you need a spot to stretch out and finish that book you're reading. A dedicated dining area offers the ideal setup for gathering the whole group, while the large kitchen can easily field a crowd of cooks.
If you're looking to barbecue your dinner there is a gas grill just off the dining room on the deck that also leads down to the larger deck below.
Sleeping accommodations abound: be the first to call dibs on the large upstairs master bedroom with a king-sized bed, plus a private bathroom with tub and shower and a large walk-in closet. Also on the main floor: separate office space for those who can't completely disconnect and a half bath.
Downstairs, the house keeps on expanding throughout the sleeping and common areas.
A large family room is the first room to your right when you come downstairs. With an entertainment center and a kitchenette, this is the definition of relaxing! And if you need some outdoor time there's a beautiful deck just off the family room that opens to a large backyard.
There are three bedrooms on this level. The first one has two queen beds, bunkbed, decorational fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom and the third bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. A hall bathroom and a laundry round out the rest of the downstairs level.

It fit our family well. Clean inside and the kitchen was great. Space enough for everyone.

The place was amazing, and so comfortable! We loved the double sided fire place, the window seat, and the backyard. We had 9 people and a baby, and no one felt too close to eachother. The only thing we would've wanted was oven mits. (Unless we couldnt find them...lol) The hill to walk back up was a killer, but we looked at is as our workout for the day...ha ha. Totally going to stay here again when we come back in 2027!
