Welcome to our charming 3-star apartment at Haus Deichsfenne, Apartment 3. This cozy accommodation spans two floors and offers approximately 72 m² of space for up to four people. Located on the upper floor of our house, a cozy and comfortable atmosphere awaits you.
The apartment consists of an inviting living room with a sunny balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living area, balcony, bathroom, and master bedroom are all on one level (upper floor), while the second bedroom is located in the attic (top floor)—along with a second small shower room.
Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and ensure a restful night’s sleep. In the living room, a cozy upholstered seating area invites you to relax, where you can enjoy the flat-screen TV, the stereo system with CD player, and the telephone. The furnishings were selected with a special focus on comfort and coziness.
The built-in kitchen in the living room is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator (without a freezer compartment; the freezer is located in the basement), and a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven. The dining table seats four people. From the living room, you have access to the balcony, which is equipped with plenty of patio furniture and faces west. Here you can enjoy sunny hours from noon until evening. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
The apartment includes a storage room and a parking space. For a fee, you can use a washing machine and a dryer in the shared basement. On the side facing away from the street, you’ll find bike racks and a lockable garden shed that can be shared by guests of the four apartments. For hygiene reasons, pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. A crib and a high chair are available upon request.
The apartment is located in a low-traffic area, just under 100 meters behind the Ordinger dike. The vast main beach in Ording-Nord is just a few minutes’ walk away. The St. Peter-Ording promenade, with its new Dünen-Therme spa and pier, is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.

The upstairs apartments each feature a furnished balcony. Additionally, each apartment includes a storage room and a parking space. For a fee, you can use the shared washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located in a low-traffic area, just under 100 meters behind the Ording dike. The vast main beach in Ording is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The promenade in St. Peter-Ording, with its new Dünen-Therme spa and pier, is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Shopping facilities in the Ording district are currently under construction. (An Edeka and an Aldi branch are being built here.)
